This state-of-the-art building from the country’s largest spec developer has been carefully located to serve the interests of any distribution dependant business over the long term. Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and the port of Immingham are all within a 90-minute drive of the facility. The local economy is geared towards logistics and the scheme can draw on a large labour pool from Leeds, Wakefield, York, Sheffield, Barnsley and Doncaster.
